Refund and Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery of purchase (excluding masks).

Returned or exchanged items must be in NEW, UNUSED, UNWASHED condition. Free of debris, dirt, signs of wear, etc. Items returned or sent for exchange that do not meet these condition requirements will not be accepted, and return shipping to the buyer is at buyers expense.

There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items. Exchanges are subject to a shipping charge of up to $12.99 for replacement product. These terms and conditions may change at any time. Shipping to us is at the buyers expense. We do recommend insurance and tracking for all returned items, as we can not issue a refund or exchange on items not in our possession.

To return your product, Please contact us first at [email protected], we do not accept unapproved/forced returns. Forced returns will not be refunded, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Unclaimed forced returns are forfeit after 30 days, and will not be refunded. Please include your name, mailing address, email address, original purchase order number, and a note as to whether you are returning or exchanging.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, as most items are handmade to order.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate/coupon code will be e-mailed to you.
